SENIOR BRAND MANAGER - Global Consumer Products & Services Company

Responsibilities
Assist in developing mission, objectives and strategy for the Global Services business.
Assist in developing Global Services innovation strategy for both CFT and non-CFT paths.
Lead the development of Services activation with the consumer and representative such as interactive/website, CRM, sponsorship, on-line training etc.
Assist in the development of advertising creative and media strategy.
Assist in the development of brochure/store creative and organization.
Strategically analyze brand strengths, weaknesses and opportunities, translating them into action for product and/or activation development.
Manage the creation of profiles for the new wellness products (product name, positioning, consumer target, cost, pricing, competitive product and brand benchmark) for launch in the year 2006 and beyond.
Lead key innovation and activation projects to progress against objectives and goals working with cross functional team (Product Development, Package Engineering, Design, Creative, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance) and track the development of all initiatives against timely execution/launch.
Develop an effective, motivating and aligned dialogue with all global marketing/business groups to provide timely communication of product development and activation progress and ensure that all market needs are met in a cost-effective and strategic manner.
Develop analyses to track competition and market growth; assessing cost and pricing issues and opportunities; translating all market/data intelligence into tangible actions/solutions.
Overall, the Senior Brand Manager will develop a strong understanding of the marketing environment at the client, the roles and responsibilities of Global Marketing along with a strategic knowledge of the Services business, the growth opportunities and potential for Global Services and the strategies and tactics to achieve them.
Requirements
A successful candidate must have a strong interest in marketing service products, be a dynamic self-starter, with strong initiative and passion for marketing. Education: an undergraduate degree and a Master in Business Administration (preferred). In addition, 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience in a services or consumer packaged good company is also required. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills required. Candidate must be able to balance analytical with creative and apply strategic thinking to Brand Marketing. Strong competency in current computer programs (Powerpoint, Excel, MS Word) is required. Foreign language skills are preferred. Occasional travel.
