Gary Rogers has over 30 years experience in the field of training, development and process improvement. His diverse International experience has taken him to all corners of the world. Gary has lived or worked in such places as: France, Mexico, The United Kingdom, Poland, Iceland, Italy, Brazil, Thailand, Singapore, Spain, Viet Nam, Sicily, Crete and Nigeria.

Prior to joining Jones Management, Gary had a 27-year career with Michelin Tire Corporation. He had several expatriation assignments to France and Nova Scotia. During his career with Michelin he held positions such as: Lead Auditor in the International Audit Group, Director of Logistics Quality North America, Manager of Latin American Exports, Technical Training Manger for the Manufacturing Division, Training Manger for the Corporate Division, Quality Control Manager in facilities in Canada, the US and in France, Production Shop Manger, and Facility Training Manger. A former US Navy Pilot, and flight instructor for primary flight students, his responsibilities included the development and delivery of a variety of flight training curriculum.

During Gary's career, he has been instrumental in training and assisting companies in a variety of disciplines that include: Team Development, Effective Interpersonal Skills, Effective Presentation skills, Management and Supervisory workshops, Conflict Management, Effective Communication, Train the Trainer, Creative Thinking, Time Management, Performance Evaluations, Coaching and Counseling, Meeting Management, Auditor Training and qualification courses, ISO 9000, Quality System Development, and Process Approach. He has provided training, teambuilding, auditing, and process improvement services to culturally diverse managers and teams in places such as: France, Italy, Poland, Thailand, Brazil, Mexico, Great Britain, and Singapore.

Gary is active in both professional and community organizations, for example ASTD, ASQC, and the RAB. He has also held positions in the following: Southeastern Representative to the Girl Scouts of America; Board Member for the South Carolina Children's Theatre, President of the Hillcrest Choral Society, member of the Greenville Ballet, Past Chairman; Alabama Academic Decathlon Staffing Subcommittee, Loaned Executive; South Carolina High School Business Week.

Gary is fluent in French and English and is proficient in Spanish.

Gary holds a degree in Economics. He resides with his family in Pensacola, Florida.
