Frank Jones is Chairman and Founder of Jones Management. He oversees the operation of the firm, as well as serving clients throughout the country. Clients range from Fortune 50 corporations to start-up and emerging businesses.

For more than two decades, Frank has conducted executive searches at all levels of senior management in a wide range of industries. Before founding Jones Management in 1995, Frank held numerous positions with search firm Earley Kielty & Associates. He joined Early Kielty as Vice President in 1981, was subsequently promoted to Executive Vice President and then President later in the decade. Prior to this association, Frank spent eleven years with Price Waterhouse as a staff recruitment manager in the New York office and a senior audit manager dealing with multinational organizations in the Stamford and New York City offices. His responsibilities included recruiting, hiring and evaluation of professional staff, training and career counseling. Earlier, he was with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Frank, a CPA, holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from St. Francis College. In addition to his membership in numerous civic, corporate and professional associations, Frank is a member of the International Association of Corporate and Executive Resources and the Connecticut Venture Group.
